Yellow beans masala
Ingredients for one portion: 1 large onion, 6-8 cherry tomatoes, 2 handfuls of yellow beans, 6 Tsp oil, 2 pinches salt, 1 pinch chili, 1 pinch ground cardamom, 1 pinch ground ginger, 3 fresh spinach leaves for decorating.
Preparation time: 30 min
How to prepare the recipe: put 6 Tsp oil in a pan over a small fire. Keep the oil on fire for 30 sec to heat. Add salt, pepper, ginger and chili. Mix and keep the oil on fire for 30 more seconds.
Chop the onion and add it in the pan. Mix and keep the onion on fire for 5 min, stirring from time to time.
Slice each cherry tomato in 4. Add the cherry tomatoes in the pan. Mix and keep the cherry tomatoes on fire for 5 min, stirring from time to time.
Remove the yellow beans ends and cut the beans pods in 3 parts. Add the beans in the pan and mix for 1 min. All water to almost cover the beans. Cover the pan with a lid and keep the beans on fire for 15-20 min, stirring from time to time.
Serve the beans masala on a large plate decorated with 2-3 fresh spinach leaves.

Masala de fasole galbena
Ingrediente pentru o portie: 1 ceapa mare, 6-8 rosii cherry, 2 maini fasole galbena, 6 linguri ulei, 2 prafuri sare, 1 praf chili, 1 praf cardamon, 1 praf piper, 3 frunze spanac verde pentru decorare.
Timp de preparare: 30 min
Cum prepari reteta: pui 6 linguri ulei intr-o tigaie. Tii uleiul pe foc 30 sec pana se incalzeste.
Adaugi sare, piper, chili, cardamon. Amesteci si lasi uleiul pe foc inca 30 sec.
Toci ceapa si o adaugi in tigaie. Amesteci si lasi ceapa pe foc 5 min, amestecand din cand in cand.
Tai fiecare rosie cherry in 4 felii. Adaugi rosiile cherry in tigaie. Amesteci si lasi rosiile pe foc 5 min, amestecand din cand in cand.
Indepartezi capetele pastailor de fasole galbena si rupi fiecare pastaie in 3 bucati. Adaugi fasolea in tigaie si amesteci 1 min. Adaugi apa aproape cat sa acopere fasolea. Asezi un capac peste tigaie si tii pe foc 15-20 min, amestecand din cand in cand.
Servesti masala de fasole pe o farfurie mare si decorezi farfuria cu 3 frunze de spanac verde.
