Tarta de orez si mazare
Ingrediente pentru 4 portii: 100g orez, 100 grame mazare, 4 linguri ulei masline, 2 cepe medii, 4 prafuri sare, 4 prafuri cimbru uscat, 4 prafuri turmeric, 4 prafuri ghimbir, 4 rosii cherry, 8 felii castravete, putin marar verde pentru decor.
Timp de preparare: 30 min
Cum prepari reteta: toci ceapa si o asezi intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins. Adaugi condimentele si sotezi 3 min pe foc mic, amestecand din cand in cand. Adaugi orezul, mazarea si apa si fierbi 20 min pe foc mic, amestecand din cand in cand. Lasi orezul sa se raceasca 5 min. Formezi 4 tarte orez pe 4 farfurii medii cu o forma de bucatarie. Decorezi tartele de orez cu felii de rosii si castravete si marar. Pofta buna!
