Tarta de orez si linte verde cu ceapa de primavara
Ingrediente pentru 4 tarte: 100g orez, 100g linte verde, 2 cepe medii, 4 linguri ulei, 8 prafuri sare, 4 prafuri cimbru, 2 prafuri turmeric, 4 prafuri usturoi uscat, 4 prafuri piper, 1 litru apa, 4 cepe de primavara (partea alba).
Timp de preparare: 25 min
Cum prepari reteta: toci cele 2 cepe medii si calesti ceapa tocata in ulei intr-o tigaie alaturi de condimente timp de 2-3 min amestecand din cand in cand. Adaugi 500ml apa, orezul si lintea. Lasi sa fiarba pe foc mic 10 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Pe masura ce apa este absorbita de orez si linte, mai adaugi 500ml apa. Fierbi inca 10 min amestecand din cand in cand. Pe 4 farfurii medii realizezi cate o tarta de orez si linte folosind o forma din inox si presari peste tarte ceapa de primavara feliata pe lungime. Pofta buna!
Rice and green lentils tart with spring onion
Ingredients for 4 tarts: 100g rice, 100g green lentils, 2 average onions, 8 pinches salt, 4 pinches savory, 2 pinches turmeric, 4 pinches dried and ground garlic, 4 pinches pepper, 1l water, 4 spring onions (the white part).
Preparation time: 25 min
How to prepare the recipe: chop the 2 average onions and saute them for 2-3 min in a pan in preheated oil where you have also added the spices. While the onion is on a small fire, stir from time to time. Add 500ml water, the rice and the lentils and boil for 10 min, stirring from time to time. As the water is absorbed by the rice and the lentils, add 500 more ml of water. Boil for 10 more mins stirring from time to time. On 4 average plates, create 4 rice and lentils tarts with a stainless steel shaper. Slice the spring onion lengthways. Sprinkle the spring onion over the tarts. Enjoy!
