Tarta de orez cu vinete prajite
Ingrediente pentru 1 portie: 50g orez, 4 prafuri sare, 2 felii vanata, 1 rosie cherry, 4 linguri ulei, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri cimbru uscat.
Timp de preparare: 30 min
Cum prepari reteta: fierbi orezul in apa cu 2 prafuri sare 20 min, apoi il lasi 5 min la racit. Prajesti feliile de vanata 2-3 min intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins si 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri cimbru, intorcandu-le pe ambele parti.
Feliezi rosia cherry in 4.
Dai orezului o forma rotunda pe o farfurie cu o forma din inox.
Decorezi tarta de orez si farfuria cu felii de vanata feliate in doua si felii de rosii cherry. Pofta buna!
