Tarta de orez cu castraveti
Ingrediente pentru 2 portii: 50g orez, 1 ardei verde capia mediu, 1 ceapa mare, 6 rosii cherry, 4 felii castravete, 4 frunze patrunjel, 4 linguri ulei masline, 4 prafuri sare, 4 prafuri piper alb, 4 prafuri cimbru uscat.
Timp de preparare: 30 min
Cum prepari reteta: fierbi orezul 20 min in apa cu rosiile cherry taiate in patru, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper alb si 2 prafuri cimbru. In ultimele 5 min calesti ardeiul taiat marunt si ceapa tocata intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins. Adaugi orezul in tigaie si amesteci 30 sec. Lasi orezul 5 min sa se raceasca. Imparti orezul in doua si cu fiecare jumatate faci o tarta de orez cu o forma rotunda de inox pe o farfurie medie. Decorezi fiecare tarta cu 4 felii castravete si 2 frunze patrunjel. Pofta buna!
Rice tart with cucumber
Ingredients for 2 portions: 50g rice, 6 cherry tomatoes, 1 large onion, 4 pinches salt, 4 pinches white pepper, 4 pinches dried savory, 1 average green pepper, 8 slices cucumber, 4 Tsp olive oil, 4 parsley leaves.
Preparation time: 30 min
How to prepare the recipe: boil the rice for 20 min in water with the cherry tomatoes sliced in four, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper and 2 pinches savory. In the last 5 min, saute the finely sliced green pepper and the finely chopped onion in a pan with oil, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper and 2 pinches savory. Add the rice and mix for 30 sec. Let the rice cool for 5 min. Split the rice in two and place each half on an average plate, giving it a round shape with a stainless steel shaper. Decorate each rice tart with 4 cucumber slices and 2 parsley leaves. Enjoy!
