Tarta de orez cu busuioc verde
Ingrediente pentru 3 portii: 100g orez, 1 morcov mediu, 1 ceapa medie, 4 linguri ulei, 6 prafuri sare, 4 prafuri mix de condimente indiene, putin busuioc verde, 3 rosii cherry. Cum prepari reteta: pui 4 linguri ulei intr-o tigaie si lasi pe foc mic 30 sec. Adaugi sare, mix condimente si ceapa tocata. Amesteci si tii pe foc 5 min amestecand din cand in cand. Adaugi 1l apa, un morcov ras si orezul si lasi pe foc 20 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Lasi orezul sa se raceasca 10 min. Il asezi pe farfurii dandu-i o forma rotunda cu o forma de inox. Decorezi tartele cu busuioc verde. Decorezi farfuriile cu felii de rosii cherry.

Rice tart with fresh basil
Ingredients for 3 portions: 100g rice, 1 carrot, 1 average onion, 6 pinches salt, 4 pinches Indian spice mix, 4 Tsp olive oil, a little fresh basil, 3 cherry tomatoes. How to prepare the recipe: place 4 Tsp olive oil in a pan and heat it for 30 sec. Add salt, spice and the chopped onion. Stir and leave on a small fire for 5 min, stirring from time to time. Add 1l water, a grated carrot and the rice. Stir and leave it on fire for 20 min stirring from time to time. Let the rice cool for 10 min, then place it on plates giving it a round shape with a stainless steel kitchen tool. Decorate the plates with fresh basil and sliced cherry tomatoes.
