Tarta de cus-cus cu felii de ceapa
Ingrediente pentru 4 portii: 100g cus-cus (6 pumni), 400ml suc de rosii, 250 ml apa, 6 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri turmeric, 2 prafuri cimbru uscat, 2 lingurite ulei de avocado, 1 ceapa medie, cateva frunze de busuioc verde.
Timp de preparare: 15 min
Cum prepari reteta: pui 250 ml apa si 400 ml suc rosii intr-o tigaie de ceramica sau oala. Adaugi cuscus-ul, sare, turmeric, cimbru si ulei. Amesteci si fierbi pe foc mic 5 min amestecand din cand in cand. Lasi cuscus-ul 5 min sa se raceasca. Pregateste 4 tarte de cuscus dand cuscus-ului o forma rotunda cu o forma de inox pe 4 farfurii medii si decoreaza tartele cu felii de ceapa si frunze verzi de busuioc. Decoreaza si farfuriile cu felii de ceapa si frunze de busuioc. Pofta buna!

Ingredients for 4 portions: 100g couscous (6 handfuls), 400 ml tomato sauce, 250 ml water, 6 pinches salt, 2 pinches turmeric, 2 pinches dried savory, 2 tsp avocado oil, 1 average onion, a few green basil leaves.
