Supa de rosii cu tagliatele
Ingrediente pentru 2 portii: 4 rondele tagliatele, 8 linguri bulion, 1 lingurita ulei masline, 1l apa, 4 prafuri sare, 4 prafuri ceapa uscata macinata, 4 prafuri usturoi uscat macinat, 4 prafuri cimbru uscat, putin leustean verde pentru aroma si decor.
Timp de preparare: 25 min
Cum prepari reteta: sfarmi rondelele de tagliatele inainte sa le fierbi sa nu fie prea lungi cand le mananci. Intr-o oala pui la fiert tagliatelele cu apa, ulei, bulion si condimente. Fierbi pentru 20 min, apoi lasi la racit 5 min. Asezi ciorba in 2 boluri si decorezi fiecare bol cu leustean tocat. Pofta buna!

Ingredients for 2 portions: 1l water, 4 tagliatelle nests, 8 Tsp tomato paste, 1 tsp olive oil, 4 pinches salt, 4 pinches dried ground onion, 4 pinches dried ground garlic, 4 pinches ground savory, a little green lovage.
How to prepare the recipe: break the tagliatelle nests before boiling so that they are not too long when you eat them. Boil the tagliatelle in water with tomato paste, oil and spices for 20 min.
