Sparanghel prajit cu rosii cherry
Ingrediente pentru o portie: 8 codite de sparanghel, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri cimbru uscat, 2 rosii cherry, 1 ridiche rosie, 8-10 linguri ulei masline.
Timp de preparare: 10 min
Cum prepari reteta: tai partea groasa de la fiecare codita de sparanghel (3 cm). Asezi sparanghelul in ulei incins in tigaie si presari sare, piper si cimbru. Prajesti sparanghelul 2-3 min pe fiecare parte. Asezi sparanghelul pe o farfurie si decorezi farfuria cu felii de rosii cherry si ridiche. Pofta buna!
