Spaghette cu lapte de cocos si suc de rosii
Ingrediente pentru 2 portii: 100g paste, 400 ml lapte cocos, 50 ml apa, 400 ml suc rosii, 4 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri turmeric, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri chimion macinat, partea verde dintr-o ceapa de primavara.
Timp de preparare: 25 min
Cum prepari reteta: pui laptele intr-o tigaie de ceramica incinsa si adaugi condimentele. Amesteci laptele usor 30 sec. Adaugi apa si sucul de rosii si amesteci. Adaugi pastele si le fierbi timp de 20 min pe foc mic. Asezi pastele pe 2 farfurii mari. Toci ceapa verde si o presari peste paste. Pofta buna!
