Rice tart with yellow pepper
Ingredients for 2 tarts: 100g rice, 50g frozen vegetables (cubes), 1 medium onion, 4 Tsp oil, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper, 2 pinches ground cumin, 2 small yellow peppers.
Preparation time: 40 min
How to prepare the recipe: slice the onion and add it in a pan with heated oil. Add salt, pepper, cumin and mix. Saute the onion for 5 min, stirring from time to time.
Add the rice, the frozen vegetables and water 2 times the height of the rice.
Mix and boil for 20 min on a small fire, stirring from time to time.
Let the rice cool for 10 min.
Prepare 2 rice tarts by giving the rice a round shape with a stainless steel shape.
Slice the yellow peppers in small cubes.
Decorate the rice tarts with yellow pepper cubes.

Tarta de orez cu ardei galben
Ingrediente pentru 2 tarte: 100g orez, 50g legume congelate (cuburi), o ceapa medie, 2 ardei galbeni mici, 4 linguri ulei, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri chimen macinat.
Timp de preparare: 40 min
Cum prepari reteta: feliezi ceapa si o pui intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins. Adaugi sare, piper si chimen. Amesteci si tii ceapa pe foc 5 min, amestecand din cand in cand.
Adaugi orezul, legumele congelate si apa de doua ori cat inaltimea orezului. Amesteci si lasi pe foc mic 20 min, amestecand din cand in cand.
Lasi orezul sa se raceasca 10 min.
Pregatesti 2 tarte din orez dand orezului o forma rotunda cu o forma din inox.
Feliezi ardeii galbeni cubulete si decorezi tartele cu cubuletele de ardei.
