Red pepper with cashew parmesan
Ingredients for 1 portion: 2 red peppers, 8 Tsp cashew parmesan, 16 fresh basil leaves, 8 blueberries
Preparation time: 5 min
How to prepare the recipe: remove the ends of each pepper and slice each pepper in two lenghtways. Place 2 Tbsp cashew parmesan over each slice of red pepper. Decorate each slice of red pepper with 2 fresh basil leaves. Decorate the plate where you plate the peppers with blueberries and fresh basil leaves. Enjoy.
