Pate de ciuperci cu caju
Ingrediente pentru 1 portie (4 felii de paine): 4 felii paine, 10 ciuperci medii, 2 maini alune caju, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri cimbru uscat, 8 linguri ulei, putin marar verde.
Timp de preparare: 10 min
Cum prepari reteta: feliezi ciupercile in 4 si le pui la prajit intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins unde ai adaugat sare, piper si cimbru. Tii ciupercile pe foc mic 4-5 min amestecand din cand in cand. Pui ciupercile intr-un robot de bucatarie cu uleiul din tigaie si adaugi si 2 maini caju. Amesteci pana ingredientele devin o pasta. Asezi pateul pe 4 felii paine. Decorezi feliile de paine cu marar tocat. Pofta buna!
