Paste cu mango
Ingrediente pentru 1 portie: 100g paste fusilli, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper alb, 4 linguri ulei masline, 1 mango copt, 2 lingurite boabe rodie, putin marar.
Timp de preparare: 15 min
Cum prepari reteta: fierbi pastele 10 min. Feliezi mango si tai feliile in cuburi. Pui uleiul la incalzit intr-o tigaie. Adaugi mango, sarea si piperul si lasi pe foc mic 3-4 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Adaugi pastele in tigaie si amesteci 30 sec. Pui pastele intr-o farfurie mare si presari marar tocat peste si boabe de rodie. Pofta buna!
Pasta with mango
Ingredients for 1 portion: 100g fusilli pasta, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches white pepper, 4 Tsp olive oil, 1 ripe mango, 2 tsp pomegranate seeds, a little fresh dill.
Preparation time: 15 min
How to prepare the recipe: boil the pasta for 10 min. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mango sliced in cubes, the salt and the pepper. Keep on a small fire for 3-4 min, stirring from time to time. Add the pasta and stir for 30 sec. Place the pasta on a large plate and sprinkle chopped dill and the pomegranate seeds over the pasta. Enjoy!
