Paste cu ciuperci si caju
Ingrediente pentru o portie: 50g paste, 10 ciuperci mici, 8 rosii cherry, 2 pumni caju crude, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper alb, 2 prafuri cimbru uscat, 6 linguri ulei masline.
Timp de preparare: 30 min
Cum prepari reteta: fierbi pastele pentru 20 min, apoi le scurgi. Feliezi ciupercile si le adaugi intr-o cratita cu ulei incins. Adaugi sare, piper, cimbru, caju si rosiile cherry taiate in 4. Tii pe foc mic 4 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Adaugi pastele si amesteci 10 sec. Asezi pastele intr-o farfurie mare si le presari cu marar tocat. Pofta buna!
Pasta with mushrooms and cashew
Ingredients for 1 portion: 50g pasta, 10 small mushrooms, 8 cherry tomatoes, 2 handfuls raw cashew, 2 salt pinches, 2 white pepper pinches, 2 dried savory pinches, 6 Tsp olive oil
Preparation time: 30 min
How to prepare the recipe: boil the pasta for 20 min, then strain it. Slice the mushrooms and add them in a pan with hot oil. Add salt, pepper, cashew and the cherry tomatoes sliced in 4. Keep on a small fire for 4 min, stirring from time to time. Add the pasta and stir for 10 sec. Place the pasta on a large plate and sprinkle it with chopped dill. Enjoy!
