Orez pe felii de capia
Ingrediente pentru 2 portii: 4 ardei capia, 50g orez, 2 cepe medii, 4 prafuri sare, 4 prafuri cardamon, 4 prafuri cimbru uscat, 2 prafuri boia afumata, 8 frunze baby spinach, 4 linguri ulei masline, 250 ml apa.
Timp de preparare: 25 min
Cum prepari reteta: toci ceapa si o asezi in tigaie in ulei incins. Adaugi condimentele si lasi pe foc 5 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Adaugi apa, adaugi orezul si lasi pe foc 20 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Lasi orezul 5 min sa se raceasca. Tai capetele la ardeii capia si ii tai in 2 pe lungime. Asezi 2 linguri de orez pe fiecare felie de capia si decorezi fiecare felie cu o frunza de baby spinach. Pofta buna!
