Mancare tailandeza cu caju si noodles
Ingrediente pentru 2 portii: 100g noodles, 1 bucata ghimbir medie, 1 mango, 1 ardei capia, 4 maini caju, 6 linguri ulei avocado, 4 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri boia dulce, 2 prafuri turmeric, 4 lingurite nuca cocos macinata, cateva frunze verzi busuioc.
Timp de preparare: 20 min
Cum prepari reteta: inlaturi coaja ghimbirului si feliezi ghimbirul in cuburi mici sau il dai prin razatoare. Feliezi ardeiul si mango marunt. Asezi ghimbirul, ardeiul, mango si caju intr-o tigaie cu 6 linguri ulei incins. Adaugi sare, turmeric, boia si nuca de cocos, amesteci si calesti 5 min amestecand din cand in cand. Apoi adaugi 250 ml apa si fierbi 10 min pe foc mic amestecand din cand in cand. In ultimele 5 min fierbi noodles separat in alt recipient, apoi le scurgi. Lasi mancarea de caju sa se raceasca 5 min. Asezi mancarea intr-un bol, adaugi noodles si presari busuioc tocat peste mancarea de caju. Pofta buna!
Thai cashew dish with noodles
Ingredients for 2 portions: 100g noodles, 1 average piece of ginger, 1 mango, 1 red pepper, 4 handfuls cashew, 6 Tsp avocado oil, 4 pinches salt, 2 pinches sweet paprika, 2 pinches turmeric, 4 tsp grated coconut, a few fresh basil leaves.
Preparation time: 20 min
How to prepare the recipe: peel the ginger and slice it in small cubes or grate it. Slice the pepper and the mango thinly. Place the ginger, the pepper, the mango and the cashew in a pan with heated oil. Add salt, turmeric, paprika and grated coconut, mix and saute for 5 min mixing from time to time. Then pour 250 ml water and boil the cashew dish for 10 min stirring from time to time. In the last 5 min, boil the noodles in a separate pot, then strain it. Let the cashew dish cool for 5 min. Place the cashew dish in a bowl, then add the noodles. Sprinkle chopped fresh basil over the cashew dish. Enjoy!
