Linte galbena pe prajituri de multicereale
Ingrediente pentru 1 portie (4 prajituri): 4 prajituri multicereale, 2 maini linte galbena, 1 ceapa medie, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri boia afumata, 2 prafuri turmeric, 2 prafuri ghimbir, 2 lingurite nuca de cocos macinata, 2 prafuri cimbru uscat, 4 linguri ulei masline, 8 nuci caju, 4 frunze marar, 4 rosii cherry.
Timp de preparare: 30 min
Cum prepari reteta: toci ceapa si o calesti 5 min in ulei incins in care ai adaugat sare, boia, turmeric, ghimbir, cimbru si nuca de cocos. Amesteci din cand in cand sa nu se lipeasca ceapa. Adaugi 250 ml apa si 2 maini linte. Amesteci si lasi la fiert 20 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Lasi lintea sa se raceasca 5 min. Asezi lintea pe prajiturile din cereale si decorezi fiecare prajitura cu 2 alune caju si o frunza de marar. Decorezi farfuria cu felii de rosii cherry. Pofta buna!
Yellow lentils on multigrain cake
Ingredients for 1 portion (4 cakes): 4 multigrain cakes, 2 handfuls yellow lentils, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches smoked paprika, 2 pinches turmeric, 2 pinches ginger, 2 pinches dried savory, 2 tsp ground coconut, 4 Tsp olive oil, 8 cashew nuts, 4 dill leaves, 4 cherry tomatoes.
Preparation time: 30 min
How to prepare the recipe: chop the onion and sautee it for 5 min in heated oil where you added salt, paprika, turmeric, ginger, savory and coconut. Stir from time to time so that the onion doesn`t stick. Add 250 ml water and 2 handfuls of lentils. Mix and boil for 20 min, stirring from time to time. Let the lentils cool for 5 min. Spread the lentils over the cereal cakes. Decorate each cake with 2 cashew nuts and 1 dill leaf. Decorate the plate with cherry tomato slices. Enjoy!
