Linte galbena in frunze de andiva
Ingrediente pentru 1 portie (8 frunze de andiva): 8 frunze andiva, 2 maini linte galbena, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri boia afumata, 2 prafuri ghimbir, 2 prafuri turmeric, 2 prafuri cimbru uscat, 2 rosii cherry, 4 linguri ulei de masline, 1 ceapa medie.
Timp de prepare: 30 min
Cum prepari reteta: toci ceapa si o calesti 5 min in ulei incins in care ai adaugat sare, ghimbir, boia, turmeric si cimbru. Amesteci din cand in cand in timpul acestor 5 min sa nu se lipeasca ceapa de tigaie. Adaugi 250 ml apa si 2 maini linte, amesteci si fierbi 20 min. Mesteci din cand in cand. Lasi lintea sa se raceasca 5-10 min. Asezi frunzele de andiva pe o farfurie si umpli fiecare frunza cu linte. Decorezi farfuria cu felii de rosii cherry. Pofta buna!

Ingredients for 1 portion (8 endive leaves): 8 endive leaves, 2 handfuls yellow lentils, 1 average onion, 4 Tsp olive oil, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches smoked paprika, 2 pinches turmeric, 2 pinches ginger, 2 pinches dried savory.
Preparation time: 30 min
How to prepare the recipe: chop the onion and sautee it for 5 min in heated oil where you have added salt, paprika, turmeric, ginger and savory. Stir from time to time.
