Linte cu morcov
Ingrediente pentru 2 portii: 100g linte (4 maini), 50g orez (2 maini), 1 morcov mediu, 1 ceapa medie, 1 lingurita ulei masline, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper, putin marar verde, 2 felii ardei rosu.
Timp de preparare: 40 min
Cum prepari reteta: pui lintea la fiert pentru 10 min cu ceapa tocata, morcovul feliat, 1 lingurita ulei, sare, piper. Apoi adaugi orezul si mai fierbi 20 min la foc mic, amestecand din cand in cand. Lasi lintea sa se raceasca 5 min. Asezi lintea in 2 boluri si decorezi fiecare bol cu marar tocat si felii mici de ardei rosu. Pofta buna!
Lentils and carrot
Ingredients for 2 portions: 100g lentils (4 handfuls), 50g rice (2 handfuls), 1 average carrot, 1 average onion, 1 tsp olive oil, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper, a little fresh dill, 2 slices red pepper.
Preparation time: 40 min
How to prepare the recipe: boil the lentils for 10 min with the sliced carrot, the chopped onion, 1 tsp oil, salt and pepper. Add the rice and boil for 20 more min on a small fire stirring from time to time. Let the lentils cool for 5 min. Place the lentils in 2 bowls.
