Felii de ardei grasi verzi cu orez si linte verde
Ingrediente pentru 4 portii (cate 2 felii de ardei): 2 cepe medii, 100g orez, 100g linte verde, 4 linguri ulei, 8 prafuri sare, 4 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri turmeric, 4 prafuri usturoi uscat, 1 litru apa, 4 ardei grasi verzi, putin patrunjel pentru decor si aroma.
Timp de preparare: 25 min
Cum prepari reteta: toci ceapa si o adaugi intr-o tigaie in care ai preincalzit uleiul. Adaugi condimentele si calesti 2-3 min amestecand din cand in cand. Adaugi 500ml apa, orezul si lintea si fierbi pe foc mic 10 min amestecand din cand in cand. Pe masura ce orezul si lintea absord apa, mai adaugi 500ml apa. Fierbi inca 10 min amestecand din cand in cand. Lasi orezul sa se raceasca 5 min. Tai cate 2 felii ca 2 barcute din fiecare ardei. Asezi cate 2 felii ardei pe o farfurie medie si pui 2 linguri cu varf de orez pe fiecare felie de ardei. Toci patrunjelul si il presari peste feliile de ardei. Pofta buna!
Green bell pepper slices with rice and green lentils
Ingredients for 4 portions (2 slices of pepper per person): 2 average onions, 100g rice, 100g green lentils, 4 tsp oil, 8 pinches salt, 4 pinches pepper, 4 pinches dried garlic, 2 inches turmeric, 1l water, 4 green bell peppers, a little parsley for decoration and taste.
Preparation time: 25 min
How to prepare the recipe: chop the onion and add it in a pan with preheated oil. Add the spices and saute for 2-3 min stirring from time to time. Add 500ml water, the rice and the green lentils. Boil on a small fire for 10 min stirring from time to time. As the rice and the lentils absorb the water, add 500 ml of water. Boil for 10 more mins stirring from time to time. Let the rice cool for 5 min. Slice 2 slices shaped like a boat out of each green bell pepper. Place the pepper slices on 4 average plates, 2 slices on each plate. Add 2 full Tsp rice over each pepper slice. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the pepper slices. Enjoy!
