Dovlecel prajit cu castravete
Ingrediente pentru 2 portii: 1 dovlecel mare, 4 felii castravete, 1 rosie cherry, 1 ceasca ulei masline, 4 linguri gris, 6 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri cimbru.
Timp preparare: 10 min
Cum prepari reteta: tai jumate din dovlecel in felii subtiri. Pui 4 linguri ulei intr-un bol mic, adaugi sare, piper, cimbru si amesteci. Dai fiecare felie de dovlecel prin ulei pe fiecare parte, apoi dai fiecare felie de dovlecel prin gris. Asezi feliile de dovlecel intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins si le prajesti 2 min pe fiecare parte. Asezi feliile de dovlecel pe o farfurie. Apoi feliezi a doua jumatate de dovlecel si prajesti feliile de dovlecel la fel. Asezi feliile de dovlecel pe 2 farfurii medii si decorezi farfuriile cu felii de castravete si felii de rosii. Pofta buna!
Fried marrow with cucumber
Ingredients for 2 portions: 1 large marrow, 4 cucumber slices, 1 cherry tomato, 1 olive oil cup, 4 Tsp semolina, 6 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper, 2 pinches savory.
Preparation time: 10 min
How to prepare the recipe: slice half of the marrow in thin slices. Pour 4 Tsp oil in a small bowl, add salt, pepper and savory and mix. Dip the marrow in the oil on both sides, then cover both sides of the slices with semolina and place them in a pan with preheated oil. Fry the marrow slices on each side for 2 min. Slice the second half of marrow in thin slices and fry them the same way. Place the marrow slices on 2 medium plates and decorate them with cucumber and cherry tomato slices. Enjoy!
