Cus-cus pe felii de ardei
Ingrediente pentru 1 portie (4 felii de ardei cu cus-cus): 1 ardei gras mare, 2 pumni cus-cus (50g), 2 lingurite rosii uscate cu usturoi si busuioc, 2 prafuri sare, 1 lingurita ulei masline, 4 ciuperci medii, 8 felii castravete acru, 4 frunze marar pentru decorare.
Timp de preparare: 15 min
Cum prepari reteta: fierbi cus-cus-ul in 250 ml apa cu 2 prafuri sare, 1 lingurita masline si 2 lingurite rosii uscate pentru 5 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Lasi cus-cus-ul sa se raceasca 5 min. Tai capacul ardeiului gras si il tai in 4 felii. Asezi feliile de ardei pe o farfurie, apoi asezi cus-cul-ul pe cele 4 felii de ardei si le decorezi cu frunze de marar. Decorezi farfuria cu felii de castravete si felii de ciuperci prajite. Pofta buna!
Cous-cous on pepper slices
Ingredients for 1 portion (4 slices of pepper with cous-cous): 1 large pepper, 2 handfuls of cous-cous (50g), 2 tsp dried tomatoes with garlic and basil, 2 pinches salt, 1 tsp olive oil, 4 average mushrooms, 8 pickled cucumber slices, 4 dill leaves for decorating.
Preparation time: 15 min
How to prepare the recipe: boil the cous-cous in 250 ml water with 2 pinches salt, 1 tsp oil and 2 tsp dried tomatoes, stirring from time to time. Let the cous-cous cool for 5 min. Remove the top of the pepper and slice it in four. Place the pepper slices on a plate and place the cous-cous on the pepper slices and decorate each slice with a dill leaf. Decorate the plate with cucumber slices and fried mushroom slices. Enjoy!
