Crema de ciuperci pe prajituri de orez
Ingrediente pentru 1 portie: 4 prajituri orez, 4 ciuperci medii, 8-10 linguri ulei masline, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri ghimbir, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri cimbru uscat, 1 rosie cherry, 2 frunze rucola, 1 felie castravete.
Timp de preparare: 15 min
Cum prepari reteta: feliezi ciupercile si le prajesti in tigaie in ulei cu sare, ghimbir, piper si cimbru. Lasi ciupercile sa se raceasca 5 min. Pui ciupercile intr-un robot cu tot cu uleiul timp de 30 sec oprind robotul din cand in cand sa nu il suprasoliciti. Ungi prajiturile de orez cu crema de ciuperci. Decorezi prajiturile de orez cu felii de rosii cherry si frunze de rucola. Pofta buna!
