Ciuperci la cuptor cu pasta de caju
Ingrediente pentru o portie: 6 ciuperci medii, 1 mana nuci caju, 1 ceapa mica, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper, 6-8 linguri apa, 6 frunzulite patrunjel.
Timp de preparare: 20 min
Cum prepari reteta: indepartezi piciorusul de la ciuperci si le pui intr-o tigaie pentru 10 min in cuptorul preincalzit. Intre timp, pui nucile caju, sarea, piperul, ceapa tocata si 6-8 linguri apa intr-un robot de bucatarie. Mixezi pentru 30 sec, oprindu-te din cand in cand pentru a nu suprasolicita robotul.
Dupa ce ciupercile au stat 10 min in cuptor, arunci sucul pe care l-au lasat in cupe. Asezi ciupercile pe o farfurie si le decorezi cu pasta de caju si frunze de patrunjel. Pofta buna!
