Bulgur tart with peas
Ingredients for 4 tarts: 100g bulgur, 100g peas, 2 medium onions, 4 pinches salt, 4 pinches pepper, 4 pinches turmeric, 4 pinches dried oregano, 4 Tsp oil, 1 red pepper, 4 slices pickled carrot.
Preparation time: 25 min
How to prepare the recipe: slice the onion finely and put it in a pan with heated oil. Add salt, pepper, turmeric and oregano. Saute the onion for 5 min.
Add the bulgur and mix for 30 sec. Add the peas and mix.
Add water enough to cover all ingredients.
Boil for 5 min and then let the bulgur cool for 10 min.
Create 4 bulgur tarts with a kitchen stainless steel shaper. Decorate the tarts with pickled carrot slices. Decorate the plate with square red pepper slices.

Tarta de bulgur cu mazare
Ingrediente pentru 4 tarte: 100g bulgur, 100g mazare, 2 cepe medii, 4 prafuri sare, 4 prafuri piper, 4 prafuri turmeric, 4 prafuri oregano uscat, 1 ardei rosu capia, 4 felii morcov murat, 4 linguri ulei Luna Solai.
Timp de preparare: 25 min
Cum prepari reteta: feliezi ceapa subtire si o adaugi intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins. Adaugi sare, piper, turmeric, oregano. Amesteci si calesti ceapa 5 min.
Adaugi bulgurul si amesteci 30 sec.
Adaugi mazarea si amesteci.
Adaugi apa cat sa acopere toate ingredientele si lasi pe foc 5 min, apoi lasi bulgurul sa se raceasca 10 min.
Pregatesti 4 tarte din bulgur folosind o forma rotunda din inox. Decorezi fiecare tarta cu jumatati de felii de morcov murat. Decorezi fiecare farfurie cu felii patrate de ardei rosu.
