Bread slices with coconut milk and cinnamon
Ingredients for 1 portion: 2 slices of bread, 4 Tsp coconut milk, 2 pinches cinnamon, 2 Tsp oil, 4 pinches almond chips, 6 raspberries, 6 blueberries, a little green mint.
Preparation time: 10 min
How to prepare the recipe: place the milk in a bowl, add cinnamon and mix. Dip the bread slices in the milk on both sides. Heat the oil in a pan for 30 sec. Fry the bread slices on each side for 1 min. Place the bread slices on a plate. Sprinkle almond chips on them. Decorate the plate with raspberries, blueberries and fresh mint. Enjoy!
