EN: Rice and peas tart

Ingredients for 6 portions: 450g peas, 150g rice, 100g red lentils, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 12 cherry tomatoes, 1 tsp olive oil, 3 tsp salt, 3 tsp ginger, 3 tsp basil, 3 tsp rosemary, 6 fresh oregano leaves.

Preparation time: 1h, 5 min

How to prepare it: Slice the onion finely. Grate the carrot finely. Boil the onion and the carrot for 15 min. Add the other ingredients and boil for 30 more minutes. Let the dish cool for 15 min. Give the rice a round shape using a kitchen tool. Decorate the rice tarts and the plates with cherry tomato slices and fresh oregano leaves.  Enjoy!

RO: Tarta de orez cu mazare

Ingrediente pentru 6 portii: 450 g mazare, 150g orez, 100g linte rosie, 1 ceapa, 1 morcov, 12 rosii cherry, 1 lingurita ulei masline, 3 lingurite sare, 3 lingurite ghimbir, 3 lingurite busuioc, 3 lingurite rozmarin, 6 fire de oregano fresh.

Timp de preparare: 1h, 5 min

Cum prepari: Feliezi ceapa fin. Razi morcovul fin. Fierbi ceapa si morcovul 15 min. Adaugi celelalte condimente si fierbi inca 30 min. Lasi orezul sa se raceasca 15 min. Dai orezului o forma rotunda cu o forma de bucatarie. Decorezi tartele de orez cu felii de rosii cherry si fire de oregano fresh. Pofta buna!
