EN: Radish And Pistachio Tart

For one portion: 1 small carrot, 1/2 black radish, 1 handful of salted and roasted pistachio kernels, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper, 1 tsp lime juice, 1 tsp olive oil.

Preparation time: 5 min

How to prepare it: Grate the carrot, grate the radish and cut the pistachio kernels in smaller pieces with a knife. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Give it a round shape with  a kitchen tool. Let it sit for 5 min then serve. Enjoy!

RO: Tarta de ridiche si fistic

Pentru o portie: 1 morcov mic, 1/2 ridiche neagra, 1 mana miezuri fistic sarat si prajit, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper, 1 lingurita suc lime (lamaie verde), 1 lingurita ulei masline.

Timp de preparare: 5 min

Cum prepari: Razi morcovul, razi ridichea si tai miezurile de fistic in bucati mai mici cu un cutit. Pui toate condimentele intr-un bol si amesteci. Dai compozitiei o forma rotunda cu o forma de bucatarie. Lasi compozitia 5 minute pentru ca gusturile sa se intrepatrunda, apoi servesti. Pofta buna!
