EN: Ice cream with sea buckthorn jam

Ingredients for one portion: 100g vegan ice cream, a ripe nectarine, 8 pistachio kernels and 3 Tsp of sea buckthorn jam.

Preparation time: 10 min (considering the ice cream is bought, not made by you)

How to prepare it: Cut the nectarine in small cubes. Put most of the nectarine small cubes in a big glass so that you fill 1/3 of the glass. Keep 3-4 small cubes of nectarine for decorating the ice cream. Put the ice cream in the glass over the nectarine small cubes, so that you fill the glass. Put 3 tsp of sea buckthorn jam over the ice cream. Decorate the ice cream with 3-4 nectarine small cubes. Crash the pistachio kernels under a knife’s blade. Sprinkle pistachio over the ice cream. Enjoy!

RO: Inghetata cu dulceata de catina

Ingrediente pentru o portie: 100g inghetata vegana, o nectarina coapta, 8 miezuri de fistic si 3 lingurite dulceata de catina.

Timp de preparare: 10 min (considerand ca inghetata e cumparata, nu facuta de tine).

Cum prepari: Tai nectarina in cubulete. Pui marea parte din cubuletele de nectarina intr-un pahar mare din sticla, cat sa umplii 1/3 din pahar. Pastrezi 3-4 cubulete pentru decorarea inghetatei. Pui inghetata in pahar peste cuburile de nectarina, cat sa umplii paharul. Pui 3 lingurite de dulceata de catina peste inghetata. Decorezi inghetata cu 3-4 cubulete de nectarine. Sfarmi fiecare miez de fistic sub lama unui cutit. Presari fistic peste inghetata. Pofta buna!
