EN: Mushroom and radish salad

For one portion: 6 Tsp sliced raw mushrooms, 1/2 black radish, 6 Tsp boiled beans, 1 tsp lime juice, 1 tsp olive oil, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper.

Preparation time: 5 min

How to prepare it: Grate the radish. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Let the salad sit for 5 min and then serve. Enjoy!

Comment: I recommend you boil a larger quantity of beans and keep it in the fridge for different dishes. How to boil beans: boil the beans for one hour, then throw the water in which it boiled. Put new water in the pot and boil the beans for another hour. 30 min before you turn the fire off, add mustard seeds, ginger and 1 tsp olive oil in the pot. When the beans is boiled, strain it and let it cool for 10 min.

RO: Salata de ciuperci cu ridiche

Pentru o portie: 6 linguri felii de ciuperci crude, 6 linguri boabe de fasole fierte, 1/2 ridiche neagra, 1 lingurita suc de lime (lamaie verde), 1 lingurita ulei masline, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper.

Timp de preparare: 5 min

Cum prepari: Razi ridichea. Pui toate condimentele intr-un bol si amesteci. Lasi salata 5 minute pentru ca gusturile sa se intrepatrunda, apoi servesti. Pofta buna!

Comentariu: iti recomand sa fierbi boabe de fasole intr-o cantitate mai mare si sa le tii in frigider pentru diferite preparate. Cum fierbi boabele de fasole: fierbi boabele de fasole o ora in apa, apoi schimbi apa. Pui boabele de fasole la fiert inca o ora.
