EN: Beans and walnut salad

For one portion: 6 Tsp boiled beans, 5 leaves lettuce, 2 small carrots, the kernels from 6 walnuts, 2 tsp lime juice, 2 tsp olive oil, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches herbs mix.

Preparation time: 5 min

How to prepare it: Grate the carrots finely. Slice the lettuce leaves finely. Cut the walnut kernels in smaller pieces with a knife. Put all ingredients in a bowl and  mix.

Comment: I recommend you boil a larger quantity of beans and keep it in the fridge for different dishes. How to boil beans: boil the beans for one hour, then throw the water in which it boiled. Put new water in the pot and boil the beans for another hour. 30 min before you turn the fire off, add mustard seeds, ginger and 1 tsp olive oil in the pot. When the beans is boiled, strain it and let it cool for 10 min.

RO: Salata de fasole cu nuci

Pentru o persoana: 6 linguri boabe de fasole fierte, 5 frunze salata, 2 morcovi mici, miezul de la 6 nuci, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri mix de ierburi aromatice, 2 lingurite suc de lime (lamaie verde), 2 lingurite ulei masline.

Timp de preparare: 5 min

Cum prepari: razi morcovii finut. Feliezi frunzele de salata. Tai miezurile de nuca in bucati mai mici cu un cutit. Pui toate condimentele intr-un bol si amesteci.

Comentariu: iti recomand sa fierbi boabe de fasole intr-o cantitate mai mare si sa le tii in frigider pentru diferite preparate. Cum fierbi boabele de fasole: fierbi boabele de fasole o ora in apa, apoi schimbi apa. Pui boabele de fasole la fiert inca o ora. Cu 30 min inainte de a stinge focul, adaugi boabe de mustar si ghimbir in oala in care fierbi boabele de fasole. Cand boabele de fasole s-au fiert, le scurgi, apoi le lasi sa se raceasca 10 min.
