For one portion: 1/4 broccoli, 1 average carrot, 4 Tsp cashew, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp lime juice, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches herbs mix.

Preparation time: 10 min

How to prepare it: grate the carrot finely. Chop the broccoli finely. Cut the cashew nuts in 3 with a knife. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Let the salad sit for 5 min for the cashew to become softer.

Pentru o portie: 1/4 broccoli, 1 morcov mediu, 4 linguri caju, 2 prafuri de sare, 2 prafuri mix ierburi aromatice, 1 lingurita ulei, 1 lingurita suc lime (lamaie verde).
