For 1 portion: 30g rice, 30g red lentils, 1 tsp oil, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch ginger, 1 pinch cardamom, 4 slices of mushrooms, 2 cherry tomatoes, 1 spring onion, 3 olives.
Preparation time: 40 min
How to prepare it: place the rice and the lentils in a pot with boiling water. Add 1 tsp oil, salt, ginger and cardamom and boil for 20 min. Strain the rice and the lentils and let them cool for 10 min. Give the rice and the lentils a round shape using a kitchen tool.
Slice the cherry tomatoes in two, slice the spring onion. Decorate the rice tart and the plate with olives, cherry tomato slices, mushroom slices and spring onion slices.

RO: tarta de orez cu ceapa de primavara
Pentru o portie: 30g orez, 30g linte rosie, 1 lingurita ulei, un praf de sare, un praf de ghimbir, un praf de cardamon, un fir ceapa de primavara, 4 felii ciuperci, 2 rosii cherry, 3 masline.
Preparation time: 40 min.
Cum prepari: pui orezul si lintea intr-un vas cu apa adusa la punctul de fierbere. Adaugi 1 lingurita ulei, sare, ghimbir, cardamon. Fierbi 20 min, apoi scurgi orezul si lintea. Le lasi sa se raceasca 10 min. Dai orezului si lintei o forma rotunda cu o forma de bucatarie.
Tai rosiile cherry in doua si feliezi firul de ceapa de primavara. Decorezi tarta de orez si farfuria cu feliile de ciuperci, feliile de rosii cherry, feliile de ceapa de primavara si cu maslinele.
