RO: Orez cu vinete la gratar.
Pentru o portie: 50g orez, 4 frunze salata, 3 felii vinete, 5 boabe fasole din conserva, 5 cuburi de sfecla din conserva, 1 lingurita nucsoara, 1 lingurita ulei, sare si ierburi dupa gust.
Timp de preparare: 45 min
Cum prepari: fierbi orezul in apa cu 1 lingurita ulei, 1 lingurita nucsoara, sare si ierburi dupa gust timp de 30 min la foc mic. Strecori orezul. Lasi orezul sa se raceasca 10 min. Ii dai orezului o forma rotunda pe o farfurie folosind o forma din inox.
Tai feliile de vanata in doua, le pui pe gratar, presari sare si ierburi peste ele, le frigi 5 min, apoi le intorci. Le presari cu sare si ierburi si le mai frigi 5 min.
Pui frunzele de salata una peste alta si le tai in 8. Asezi salata pe farfurie in jurul orezului. Asezi 4 jumatati de felie de vanata peste salata si 2 peste orez. Decorezi jumatatile de felie de vanata cu boabe de fasole si cuburi de sflecla.

For one portion: 50g rice, 4 lettuce leaves, 3 eggplant slices, 5 tin beans, 5 pickled beet cubes, 1 tsp nutmeg, salt and herbs to taste, 1 tsp oil.
