RO: Ciuperci pleurotus cu tikka masala si ceapa de primavara.
Pentru o portie iti trebuie: 2 maine ciuperci pleurotus, 2 lingurite tikka masala (mix de condimente indiene), 1 legatura ceapa de primavara, sare si ierburi aromate dupa gust, 1/2 pahar ulei.
Timp de preparare: 10 min.
Taie ciupercile si prajeste-le in ulei aromat cu 2 lingurite tikka masala pentru aproximativ 5 minute.
Taie ceapa rondele.
Aseaza ciupercile pe o farfurie, presara sare si ierburi aromate peste ciuperci si decoreaza farfuria cu rondele de ceapa.

For 1 portion: 2 handfuls of mushrooms, 2 tsp tikka masala (Indian spice mix), 1/2 glass oil, 1 bunch of spring onions, salt and herbs to taste.
Preparation time: 10 min.
Slice the mushrooms and fry them in oil and 2 tsp of tikka masala for approx 5 min.
Slice the onions.
Place the mushrooms on a plate, sprinkle salt and herbs over them and decorate the plate with onion.
